  Eyecloud recently updated and now it no longer relates to instructions provided with my ip camera. I have managed after some time to get my tablet to work with the camera using eyecloud however when I loaded the app into my Pixel four I am unable to get past the login. It recognises my e mail. So I tried resetting my password. After three attempts and being given a URL to go to to change the password I still cannot log in as in each case it states my log in is incorrect despite saying successful change. Fix please

  Logged me out, for the first time in a year. Does not accept the password, and will not send reset email. Says email is not bound? Tried to register again but then it said email is already bound. What the heck?

  A bit fiddly to set up, but doable! Have it on 3 devices and works when out and about. Not good for night time views of the outside through a window due to reflections.. Not weather proof. Night vision is excellent, otherwise. Power cord is not nearly as long as it needs to be, to make it truly versatile. Touch screen for vertical and norizontal movement. Does get stuck sometimes and due to lag, can be frustrating to position remotely. Good baby/person monitor and communicating device.

  I have been using this camera for a couple years and it hasn't been bad at all! However, I recently renewed my cloud storage and it isn't working. I cant find any way to contact the programmer soooo... not really happy I wasted money on something that isn't working now.

  Horrible.. I barely ever say that about a app, actually never. This is BAD, The whole time I had it all it did was mk me want to search for a better app even more. Delete UI and redesign & mk sure each button does something, not just for looksies lol

  App requires access to make phone calls. I do not allow apps on my phone, to have this level of autonomous access. The phone already has access to celular data. I do not understand why, and under what conditions this would need to make calls
