  ever since the last update it doesn't conect to the server the first time it is opened. I have tried reloading the app and it didn't help

  Works poorly this year, at least with Travelocity it picks up flights fine but hotel and car rental isn't reliable anymore unless you split up the itinerary as three emails and delete all but the hotel in one email, only the rental car in a third email, and then merge them after. Copying support hasn't much helped.

  This apt has continual problems with dropping offline,Bad seating plans and staff that do not read issues properly and are always asking for screenshots which for the most part is impossible due to the apt being down. Concept is good but it still needs alot of work. Staff need to actually resolve problems not email back giving stupid suggestions and lame excuses!

  I cannot log in at all for the app on mobile, but online on a computer it finally let me, I have a galaxy s20+ & won't let me in my account, I need this for work, please fix this for the latest phones, I tried uninstalling & reinstalling & nothing

  Unfortunately it didn't spot that my flight to Hanover had been cancelled weeks ago, and suggested that the flight was open for check-in. Not sure what has gone wrong as it used to be very reliable. Confidence is all important and it's lacking at present.

  This app used to work great...used to be 5 stars. But recently it doesn't recognize any trips and just puts the email into the inbox. Please fix this otherwise the app is useless
